Thibaud Boudignon Anjou Blanc '23

100% Chenin Blanc coming from 35 year old vines. Grown on shallow soils of grey schist and rhyolite (volcanic soil).  Fermented with indigenous yeasts and aged in 500L, 350L and 228L barrels (20% new).
